This presentation is a simplified and shortened version of Reliability training that he has performed in the past, to make the topic more appealing to a broader audience. The longer format of this training was developed from his Introduction to Reliability class that is presented to attendees from the ASQ Reliability Division.

Dan Burrows is Corporate Reliability Director at Panduit Corp. He is an ASQ CRE, CSSBB, and CMQ/OE. He holds a BSME and MBA. He has 25 years of experience in aerospace, electronics, automated assembly, heavy equipment, and production system reliability for both products and processes.
